PLEASE READ!! I require a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of booked service. Any cancellation made within 12 hours of appointment will be charged 100% of booked service. - No call-no shows will be charged 100% of booked service and possibly be restricted from booking in the future. - If you are running late to your appointment, let me know as soon as possible. I allow a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
